All photographs are produced from original 35mm film negatives.

Each print is made to order according to the customer's selected image, size, and paper. Prints are not held in stock.

Prints may be produced by professional photographic laboratories, including Picto and other trusted production partners depending on the selected paper, format, and destination.

Slight variations in color, contrast, texture, and appearance may occur depending on the selected paper and the characteristics of individual screens.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination.

Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout.

5. Production and Delivery

All prints are produced specifically for each order.

Production times vary depending on the selected paper, size, and production schedule.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 and 7 business days depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

5A. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing their purchase, including the selected image, print size, paper type, shipping address, and contact information.

Because all prints are produced specifically to order, purchases cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded due to customer errors, changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made during checkout.

5B. Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Falka Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Any reshipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information shall be borne entirely by the customer.

5C. Paper Availability

Falka Studio reserves the right to substitute a paper with an equivalent alternative or to cancel an order if a selected paper becomes temporarily unavailable.

In such cases, the customer will be contacted before production begins.

5D. Product Images



Product photographs, mockups and presentation visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual print appearance, paper texture, colour rendering and perceived size may vary. Frames, mounts and decorative elements shown in mockups are not included unless explicitly stated.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt.

If a print arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 3 business days and provide photographs of:

- the print,

- the packaging,

- any visible damage.

If required by the carrier or production partner, the customer may be asked to retain or return the damaged item and its original packaging.

After verification, a replacement print or another appropriate solution will be provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Each print is produced specifically to the customer's order.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

This exclusion does not affect the customer's rights in the event of a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product.

8. Shipping and Customs

Orders can be shipped worldwide.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Such charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

The purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical print only.

All copyrights and reproduction rights remain the exclusive property of Falka Studio.

Falka Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, failures to perform, or any inability to fulfill an order resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

- carrier delays or disruptions,

- customs procedures,

- postal strikes,

- labor disputes,

- natural disasters,

- floods,

- fires,

- earthquakes,

- severe weather events,

- epidemics or pandemics,

- government restrictions,

- war,

- armed conflict,

- civil unrest,

- terrorism,

- power outages,

- internet or telecommunications failures,

- supplier disruptions,

- production interruptions,

- or any other event qualifying as force majeure under applicable law.

This list is non-exhaustive.

In such circumstances, production and delivery times may be extended without liability, compensation, refund, or cancellation rights arising solely from such delays.
